Charlie is in a league of her own with her professionalism, dedication, and care! I’ve dealt with so many realtors over the decades and Charlie is truly extraordinary. Her love for her work shines through in everything she does. We wanted a certain price, which others thought was not doable, but she said “Yes, that’s what it will be” and achieved it. She screened all enquirers heavily, which meant very few inspections (and we all know how much work those are with 2 houses and on 100 acres!), and only true potential buyers in agreement with our (difficult to sell) conditions and pre-approved finance were allowed to inspect. She found several buyers for us, and we were in the amazing position to choose the people we felt were right for our place. To make this clear, Charlie is not getting this 10 out of 5 star rating from us because she achieved our record selling price but because she did all the things you want your realtor to do: superb professionalism, always keeping you in the loop, falling in love with your place and land, hence selling it with heart and soul, having your back under all circumstances, taking care of truly everything and simply having intuitive brilliance. I am very careful who I recommend but with Charlie and her team I know you and your property will be in the best of bestest hands. I hold her in highest regard and highly recommend her for anything Real Estate! …and as an added bonus she is also a wonderful human being!
