As someone that thrives in fast-paced and client-facing environments, Sophie Elphick brings almost a decade of Real Estate experience to her role as Executive Assistant to Charlie Lund.

Having previously worked across many facets of the industry including administration and front of house to property management and sales, Sophie brings an extremely knowledgeable and well-rounded approach to her role with a focus on clear communication, attention to detail and process efficiency at the forefront of everything she does.

Sophie and her young family enjoy weekend camping trips exploring new places with friends and family, returning to work refreshed and ready to seize the day.

While supporting Charlie in her day-to-day efforts, Sophie also plays a key role in supporting the sales team from start to finish and ensuring the office runs smoothly and client satisfaction is achieved.
