As head of our Property Management department, Courtney Bradbury is a true asset to your property investment journey.
With over 15 years’ experience in this industry, Courtney deeply understands the oftentimes complex nature of Property Management and is able to seamlessly navigate any situation that arises.
In an industry with everchanging legislation and market conditions, Courtney is always two steps ahead and she understands how to best position your investment property so that it’s functioning at its best. With her industry experience, Courtney provides tailored strategies and advice that help meet your property goals, taking the time to truly listen and meet hard conversations head-on, with communication and customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything she does.
Courtney is also a devoted mum and is active within Maitland’s sporting community, volunteering her time to coach her son’s soccer and little athletics teams.

Meet Sophie Elphick
A total people person and natural professional, Sophie has a unique skillset that makes her a key asset to our Property Management department.
With almost a decade of Real Estate experience, Sophie has worked across many facets of the industry including administration and front of house to property management and sales. Sophie has also taken on managerial roles, providing her with skills to confidently navigate complex situations and employ expert problem-solving to achieve the best outcome for all parties involved.
As Senior Leasing Consultant, Sophie utilises her expert people skills and approachable nature to best match tenants to properties, aiming to achieve a seamless tenancy for both landlords and tenants.
Sophie and her young family enjoy weekend camping trips exploring new places with friends and family, returning to work refreshed and ready to seize the day.
